The first fisherman's sweaters made from a soft blend of recycled oyster shells, recycled water bottles, and natural lambswool. Inspired by vintage style and classic comfort, these garments boast thick ribbed cuffs and collars to promote thermal regulation and warmth for windy days among the great outdoors.

Home to the first fried clam, the town of Essex, MA is nestled in between some of the most historic shipbuilding and fishing seaports in the world. The infamous Essex whaling vessel launched along this coast in 1799 and inspired Herman Melville's Moby-Dick. Featuring a classic cable knit, the Essex SeaWell™ Sweater pays homage to centuries of mariners that wore these garments in search of their next adventure.

Cleaning & care:

Hand wash when possible. Turn inside out to machine wash cold & gentle. Lay flat to dry.

Each SeaWell™ Sweater reseeds up to 30 oysters & naturally filters up to 1,500 gallons of seawater every day.

    Comfy, Attractive, Great Cause
