The first fisherman's sweaters made from a soft blend of recycled oyster shells, recycled water bottles, and cotton. Inspired by vintage style and classic comfort, these garments boast thick ribbed cuffs and collars to promote thermal regulation and warmth for windy days among the great outdoors.

Located 50 miles north of New York City, Westport sits along Connecticut's shoreline and is known to be New England in tradition and cosmopolitan in outlook. With a rich maritime history and plenty of local oyster farms, the town has a unique livelihood where the Saugatuck River meets the Long Island Sound.     Fabulous, soft sweater

    I adore my new sweater. This is my first purchase from Long Wharf. I bought this sweater in the color sage. It’s a beautiful fall and transitional color for spring. Many compliments so far. I love the fact that it’s sustainable and crazy comfortable. I’ll purchase another sweater from Long Wharf soon.

    Beautiful sweater - runs small!

    This is a beautiful sweater! Much lighter than I expected; not bulky at all. Green shade is gorgeous. I wanted a loose, oversized fit so sized up and I’m glad I did because it fits as if it’s one size smaller. Still looks nice but not the slightly loose look I was hoping for.

    Love It!

    This sweater is terrific. It's exactly what I was hoping for - beautifully shaped, evenly knitted, fits very well.

    Great to wear on its own or with a light underlayer like a silk t-shirt.

    Great sweater

    Love the SeaWell sweater. My first purchase was the Westport and the Kennebunkport sweater…both are great but I like the Westport a little better and now have four of the five colors offered. I would like to see the Westport made in some more feminine colors; pink, red, coral, purple… Westport is like your favorite sweatshirt but a sweater, so comfy and good looking.

    The sleeves of the Westport are a little longer than the Kennebunkport. The weave of the Kennebunkport is tighter than the Westport.
