The first fisherman's sweaters made from a soft blend of recycled oyster shells, recycled water bottles, and cotton. Inspired by vintage style and classic comfort, these garments boast a ribbed construction to promote thermal regulation and lightweight warmth for windy days among the great outdoors.

It's always sweater weather on Nantucket. Inspired by the island's charming enclave, Siasconset, with picture perfect hydrangeas, weathered shingle homes, and historic Sankaty Head Light. Donning an iconic sailor stripe pattern, our 'Sconset SeaWell™ Sweater pairs well with an early morning bluff walk or a trip into town for dinner.

Cleaning & care:

Hand wash when possible. Turn inside out to machine wash cold & gentle. Lay flat to dry.

Will shrink slightly. Size up for a more comfortable fit.

Each SeaWell™ Sweater reseeds up to 30 oysters & naturally filters up to 1,500 gallons of seawater every day.

    Love this sweater

    Fits great (which is rare, I have long arms and a short torso). Easy to wash on delicate and is nice and warm. Best part--it doesn't retain smells. I can get several wears out of it. The fabric is naturally antimicrobial and doesn't hang on to the stink.

    Cozy cardigan!

    I love this sweater! This is my second Long Wharf sweater and I'm so happy with them both! The SeaWell is soft and warm.. The fit is perfect. Highly recommend!

    Yes!

    I don't wear wool and I'm always looking for classic sweaters that will wash and wear well. This one looks and feels like a cotton sweater, but the recycled polyester in the blend means it should hold up better to wear and tear. Perfect classic fit--not cropped, but not too slouchy. (I'm petite and the small fit great.) Seems like the best of all worlds!
