The first fisherman's sweaters made from a soft blend of recycled oyster shells, recycled water bottles, and cotton. Inspired by vintage style and classic comfort, these garments boast thick ribbed cuffs and collars to promote thermal regulation and warmth for windy days among the great outdoors.

At the western end of Nantucket lies a corner of the island thought of as a little more raw and authentic. Along with a long maritime history and lore of historic shipwrecks, Madaket has world-class soft sand beaches and incredible sunsets that make golden hour in this place unforgettable.

    Beautiful Sweater for a cool day

    I just love the feel and warmth of the Madaket hooded sweater.

    It is so cozy and yet ready for a cool Maine September day. It is

    Exactly what I had been looking for

    I’ve developed a sensitivity to wool this year and I really prefer to wear as many natural fibers as possible. I got it into my head that a cotton, hooded sweater was an essential element for the Fall/Winter this year, but I was having a difficult time finding one. This sweater is perfect. I ordered a men’s M, and it’s trim, but not snug and just exactly right. I’m sure it would fit a man just as well, but I love it for me.
